From the start Jess was extremely helpful with helping us select the most suitable and best destination for our first wedding anniversary and our first ever all inclusive vacation. The one thing that impressed me with working with Jessy is her passion to make others happy! She got excited for us and made sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted! Jessica booked the last 4 of our winter family vacations. Selecting the correct resort can be a daunting task, however it couldn’t have been an easier decision with Jessica’s help. Jessica suggested resorts based on our criteria, helped us to compare the resorts, she contacted the resorts directly if we had any questions and she spoke with her colleagues to get firsthand knowledge. Once Jessica booked our vacations, she followed up with the resorts to ensure that every special request was honored by the resort. Our 4th trip was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID-19. I’m so glad we booked with Jessica, because she guided us through the cancellation process and answered any questions we had about the ACV credit. In every one of our vacation bookings, Jessica provided the ultimate in customer service. I will only book my vacations with Jessica and will personally recommend her to anyone.
